This custom report includes a custom item, created by the user, physician office visit data and an inpatient ICD diagnosis. The Health Forecasts system offers the user the full capability to create any new combination of variables - even mixing data by site of service. Create a report with your own service lines and apply them to each of the three years of data in the Health Forecasts system.

They can create reports and store them in the Shared Reports folder for use by any of the designated users in their organization
